Pelican Marsh Community Center

A new 18,000 square foot Community Center was completed June 2006, and features a large fitness facility, exercise room, owner lounge with two 42" plaza TV's, a four station computer room, a large gathering room to accommodate owner social functions of 250 people, full kitchen facilities and art/painter's room, and other amenities. Social functions are scheduled bi-monthly in season.

Pelican Marsh Tennis centercourt (35K)

The 1000 square foot tennis building has been totally renovated and has a fully managed and stocked pro shop with tennis apparel, shoes, and racquets for purchase. The 9 lighted tennis hard true hydro courts have been totally resurfaced and upgraded to USTA class tennis play standards. There two full time tennis professionals on staff to provide coaching in the tennis game.

At Pelican Marsh you're less than 10 minutes from the beaches of the Florida Gulf, and during season, the Pelican Marsh Foundation provides shuttle service to and from the water taxi at Tarpon Cove Yacht Club. Private beach memberships are available at the newly-renovated
La Playa Beach and Golf Resort.
